Episode 003 - Know Thy Farmer

Released: 5/4/2023

A discussion on building local economy and relationships with farmers and food growers in order to have a network during disruptive times. Food storage is great, but it will run out so it is nice to have a back-up plan for supplying food if modern convenient food supply systems are slowed or broken. Farmer's markets are a great way to get to know and support your local food growers, artisans, and enjoy incredibly fresh food at (usually) better prices.
